ParisExpat.com is an online rental resource dedicated to assisting the residential rental needs of the estimated 3 million English speakers (anglophones) who annually visit Central Paris.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between the demand for quality rental property among the Paris anglophone community and the requirements of our French landlords, for reliable considerate tenants.

We advertise via Craigslist, distributing flyers by hand throughout anglophone communities in North America and by participating in online forums and other social media outlets. Our flat 8% agency fee is the lowest in Paris for unrivaled customer support.

The Paris Expat Team

Larry: Bookings Manager

Larry initially started work as a Property Manager in Vancouver, Canada over 10 years ago, where he received his initial real estate training at the University of British Columbia. Coming to Europe he then worked as Property surveyor for a number of years in London, UK before taking a leading role with ParisExpat.com. He is responsible for the initial booking process, tenancy agreements, technical questions, and general administration. He can be reached by phone 9am to 5pm New York time 7 days a week.

Catherine: Advertising Assistant

Catherine has been involved in the property business for several years now, and is the ParisExpat West Coast Property Rental Co-ordinator and Advertising Manager. She continues to maintain our US clientele base to bring exceptional tenants to Paris. She is bilingual, with a Paris base for over ten years.

David: Property Agent

David began his work in real estate as an apartment manager in Hollywood. His background in movies and photography has lead him to travel and work all around the world. Living in Paris, David is the main ParisExpat agent. He is responsible for organizing apartment viewings, the check-in/out process, as well as general property issues.

Erick: Software Engineer

Erick is a certified .NET and Java Developer with over 17 years of programming and training experience. He has spent most of his career training and consulting with organizations on technologies ranging from .NET and Java to Linux and other open source tools

Hatsady Pathammavong (HEP): General Maintenance

Hep has been working in maintenance for many years. His specialty is carpentry, however he is also very good at repainting apartments, fixing general wear and tear and diagnosing various apartment issues such as damp, plumbing faults, minor electrical disturbances. Hep is an individual contractor who is unaffiliated to ParisExpat.com, however when there is a need for maintenance we strongly recommend his services.
