Payment of the Security Deposit and Rent to the Owners:

These amounts are always payable directly to the owner of each individual property NOT to ParisExpat.com. The tenancy agreement will clearly detail the frequency and amount of these payments.

Payments should be made by bank transfer to the owner’s nominated account, as specified in the tenancy agreement. Note that bank transfer fees will usually apply when this transfer is to occur from outside of France. These fees are payable by the sending party.

A growing number of property owners are now willing to accept payments via Paypal.

Payment of the Agency Fee to ParisExpat.com:

Any agency fee payable to ParisExpat.com will be clearly detailed on the tenancy agreement.

Make Secure Payments via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. Electronic payment can be made with Visa/debit card in any currency.

Simply follow the instructions in the invoicing email which will be sent to you from our paypal account. We have both $US Dollar and € Euro accounts to handle payments in both currencies with no transfer costs. A small exchange fee will apply (depending on your bank) if paying in any other currency.
